Lane Realty, Inc., a family run business, was founded in 1994 by Mark Lane, President. He brings over 35 years of experience in all aspects of Property Management and Office Leasing. Since that time, Lane Realty has become a top choice for small to mid sized residential condos and small commercial office buildings. Focus areas include Wellesley, Needham, Weston, Natick, Medfield, Westwood and Dedham. Mark is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) as well as a licensed Real Estate Broker.

In 2018, Mark was joined by his son Matthew to assist with the day to day operations as a Senior Property Manager. With over five years experience managing residential condominiums in Back Bay, Beacon Hill and the South End, Matt brings his unique knowledge and experience to the company.

The accounting function is performed by Jane Butler-Lane with 35 plus years experience in related fields. The company uses Yardi Systems software, a favorite in the field.

With a strong focus on direct client interfacing as well as regular visits to every property in the portfolio, Lane Realty has built a name for itself as a leader in the industry with a strong personal touch.
